Day 2

I made it! All of my flights went very smoothly, and I was able to meet up with Susana at the airport just fine. It's been an interesting and tiring first day in Spain--but what first day of travel isn't. Susana was having all of her windows replaced today which was fantastic except that it was only about 4 degrees (celsius). So Susana, Sufiyan, and I got to spend some quality time in the kitchen where the warmth was.

Susana was so helpful today! She helped me get my train ticket from Madrid to Seville for Wednesday, and we walked around catching up and talking about family.

At this point I've been awake for about 30 of the last 36 hours, so I'm going to catch up on that sleep! (Something I think everyone knows I'm good at doing.) Miss you all at home!
